Her journey through the event industry revealed a crucial gap: while everyone focused on guest experience, there was a clear need for tools that supported the people behind the scenes – the hosts, venue owners, and service providers.
This realization led to the creation of Kaliber, an AI-powered platform that transforms how events are planned and executed. Under b.Kori’s leadership, Kaliber is revolutionizing the $1.5 trillion global events industry by streamlining communication and fostering deeper collaboration between all stakeholders.
Our Story
The Birth of Kaliber
“There’s no such thing as a perfect event. All you can do is the best for your guests.” These words from my mentor sparked a journey that would eventually lead to Kaliber. From setup to catering, from a/v to sponsor management – I realized that while perfection might be elusive, excellence in service is achievable. I immersed myself in every aspect of event management, wearing multiple hats as host, venue operator, and vendor.
After 10 years and over 1000 events, I noticed the entire industry’s focus was on the guest experience. Who was taking care of the hosts? The venue owners? The entertainers? No one was serving the servers. Kaliber was born from this realization. At its core is our revolutionary Run-of-Show (RoS) – a dynamic, AI-powered document that serves as the single source of truth for all event-related information.
By leveraging generative AI technology, we’ve created a platform that learns and grows with your company, suggesting brand-aligned venues, caterers, and entertainment options while streamlining communication and task management.
